1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and zt888 ("zt888", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the zt888 website located at https://zt888.net and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, racing, and the Golden Bank product (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing zt888.net, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the zt888 platform.
These Terms should be read alongside the zt888 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2. Eligibility
Use of zt888 services is subject to the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the platform. zt888 is strictly an adult platform. We operate a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling.
- You must be a human individual registering on your own behalf. Corporate entities may not register as players.
- You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether your use of zt888 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
- You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or agent of zt888, or an immediate family member of any such person.
- You must not have been previously excluded or banned from zt888 or have had a zt888 account closed for breach of these Terms.
zt888 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation. Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements or to provide requested documentation will result in account suspension pending review.
3. Account Registration
To access the full range of zt888 services, you must register a player account. The following conditions govern account registration:
- One account per player. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the zt888 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
- Accurate information. All information provided during registration — including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Pakistani mobile number — must be truthful, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach.
- Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zt888 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. zt888 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings.
- KYC verification. zt888 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued identity document, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. KYC requests must be fulfilled within 30 days of the request being issued.
- Account currency. All zt888 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PKR.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
zt888 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT TRC20.
- Minimum deposit is Rs 500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
- Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited instantly under normal processing conditions. Bank transfer deposits typically credit within 15–30 minutes.
- Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa typically process within 5–20 minutes; bank transfers within one business day.
- zt888 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside zt888's control.
- Withdrawals above Rs 25,000 require completed KYC verification before processing.
- zt888 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on any withdrawal request where fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering is suspected. Processing may be delayed pending the outcome of such checks.
- Funds deposited with zt888 are not held in a designated trust account. You should only deposit amounts you are prepared to wager.
- zt888 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
5. Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on zt888, including cricket, PSL, UFC, boxing, racing, and all other markets:
- All bets are final once confirmed. zt888 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by specific product rules (e.g., cash-out functionality).
- zt888 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a pricing error has occurred, or where it is determined that the outcome of an event was known or reasonably determinable at the time of placement.
- In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, specific settlement rules apply to each sport and market type. zt888's standard rule is that bets are void if the event does not commence or conclude within 36 hours of the scheduled start time.
- Maximum payout limits apply on a per-bet and per-day basis. These limits vary by sport, market, and bet type and are displayed in the bet placement interface.
- zt888 operates in PKR. Odds are displayed in decimal format by default. Players may change their odds display preference in account settings.
- Live in-play betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during key event moments (e.g., wicket falling in cricket, goal in football). zt888 is not liable for any connectivity issues experienced by the player during live betting.
6. Casino Games
All casino games — including live dealer tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar) and slot games — are provided by third-party software providers operating under their own licences and certifications. zt888 acts as a distributor of these games and is not the game manufacturer.
- Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are available in the game information panel or on our platform. Published RTPs represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
- In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session, the round is considered void and any stake amount is returned to the player's account. zt888 accepts no liability for any winnings that would have been due based on a malfunction outcome.
- Live dealer game results are determined by the physical action of the dealer in the studio, not by software RNG. zt888 has no control over the studio environment and is not liable for third-party studio technical interruptions.
- Players must not attempt to exploit game mechanics, use external software tools, or engage in any behaviour designed to circumvent the normal operation of casino games. Any such activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
7. Bonuses & Promotions
zt888 offers bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") before withdrawal. Wagering requirements and the games that contribute to meeting them are specified in the individual promotion terms.
- Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Circumventing this rule through multiple account registration constitutes bonus abuse.
- zt888 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer before it has been claimed, to modify ongoing promotions with reasonable notice, and to void any bonus where there is reasonable suspicion of abuse.
- Bonus funds are allocated to a separate bonus wallet and do not form part of your withdrawable real-money balance until wagering requirements are completed in full.
- Free bets and free spins carry their own specific conversion and expiry conditions, which are stated in the relevant promotion.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zt888 platform:
- Registering if you are under 18 years of age.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
- Creating or operating more than one zt888 account.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the zt888 platform, place bets, or navigate the website.
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or collusion.
- Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using zt888 to facilitate money laundering.
- Attempting to exploit pricing errors, system vulnerabilities, or technical malfunctions.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your zt888 account to any third party.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards zt888 staff or other players.
zt888 reserves the right to investigate suspected prohibited conduct, suspend accounts pending investigation, and permanently close accounts where violations are confirmed. All balances associated with accounts closed for prohibited conduct may be forfeited and, where applicable, reported to relevant authorities.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the zt888 platform — including but not limited to the zt888 brand name, logo, website design, text, images, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of zt888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any zt888 content without prior written authorisation. Scraping, data mining, or extracting betting odds or game data from the zt888 platform by automated means is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- zt888 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
- zt888 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, regardless of how such losses are caused.
- zt888's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.
- Nothing in these Terms limits zt888's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
11. Account Suspension & Closure
zt888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
- Request by the player to self-exclude under the zt888 Responsible Gaming Policy.
- Regulatory requirement or direction from a competent authority.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, zt888 will endeavour to complete the investigation and communicate the outcome within 30 days. Where an account is permanently closed for breach of Terms, any bonus-related funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned via the original deposit method following completed verification.
12. Responsible Gaming
zt888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform is strictly restricted to players aged 18 and over. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:
- Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings.
- Session time limits — configure maximum session durations to manage your playing time.
- Loss limits — set limits on the maximum amount you can lose in a defined period.
- Self-exclusion — exclude yourself from the zt888 platform for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.

13. Privacy

We do not sell personal data to third parties.
14. Amendments to These Terms
zt888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players by email or by a prominent notice on the zt888 platform at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law as applied by the licensing jurisdiction under which zt888 operates. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the zt888 platform that cannot be resolved by direct communication between you and zt888 shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules.
Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by contract.
